TERRIMBO COLLIOURE ROUGE 2012 is a blend of Grenache Noir and Syrah, all handpicked in the Collioure tradition and fermented in stainless steel.
The wine underwent 12 months ageing in high quality French barriques. This is an elegant Collioure in the classic style.The wine is drinking now, but can be cellared for at least 3 years. We recommend drinking it with good Roussillon meats such as Xai (Catalan lamb), Pyrenées veal, beef from the Confluent or Tirabuixo pork
